Following are some of the community services projects completed by IWSA:

  • Collected and delivered over 200 backpacks for the children of Woodrow Wilson Elementary School.
  • Collected and delivered school supplies for the children of Woodrow Wilson Elementary School.
  • Collected food and monetary donations to fill baskets with HEB gift cards and Thanksgiving items for 8 deserving families.
  • Raised money for the American Heart Association annual walk-a-thon.
  • Have monthly raffles to raise money for the Make A Wish Foundation.
  • Volunteered with Elf Louise Project at Christmas
  • Fulfilled many children's wishes by participating in the Angel Tree program through the Salvation Army.
  • Monetary contribution to the Gordon Hartman Foundation.
  • Bingo party for the residents at Blanco Vista Nursing Home.
