Happy New Year to one and all! I’m looking forward to a happy and healthy 2012! IWSA is looking forward to a change in our monthly meeting place. From January to May we’ll be meeting at the DoubleTree Hotel on McCullough and N/E Loop 410. Many thanks to Corresponding Secretary, Jan Hyatt, for finding a central location for us with great food and an affordable price!
This month our luncheon will be the 3rd Thursday of the month due to lack of availability on the 4th Thursday. Hope to see you all at the January 19th luncheon! We’ll continue to meet on the 4th Thursday of the month after January.
1st Vice President, April Massey, has set up our next Continuing Education Class for January 25th. This is a class about non-subscription insurance called “All About Choices. The class is free for IWSA members and only $10 for non-members. Contact April Massey for more information or to register.
2nd Vice President, Adeina Anderson, has set the date for our 2nd fundraiser of the year. We’ll have our annual Swing into Spring Golf Tournament at the Silverhorn Golf Club on March 30th. Adeina has planned an afternoon event with lunch included. Plan to be there to play golf and please consider being a sponsor or donating a door prize!
